We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Regional Futures Forum Expo.

To help you prepare, we’ve compiled the key information you’ll need regarding setup, timing, access and logistics. Please review the FAQs below carefully to ensure your exhibitor experience runs smoothly. If you have any further questions, our team is here to assist.

  • A basic site map is available here to help you understand the layout of the Expo area. A more detailed map with specific allocations will be shared closer to the event date.

  • Each exhibitor will be allocated a designated space suitable for a standard trestle table sized display.

    Please note:

    • Exhibitors are required to supply their own trestle table.

    • Please contact us if you require more specific space requirements.

  • Wednesday 25 March

    4:30pm – 5:30pm (drop-off only)

     

    Thursday 26 March

    7:00am – 7:45am

    All stands must be fully set up and ready by 8:00am.

     

    Friday 27 March

    Access from 7:00am

    All stands ready by 8:00am.

  • The Expo will be held outdoors.

    An indoor storage area will be available for exhibitors attending across both days.

    Some stallholder areas will be located on gravel, so please plan accordingly (e.g. stable display materials, suitable footwear, etc.).

    We do have a wet weather contingency plan that we will enact if required.

  • Day 1

    8:15am – 8:45am

    10:40am – 11:10am

    1:10pm – 2:10pm

     

    Day 2

    8:15am – 8:40am

    10:50am – 11:20am

    1:20pm – 2:20pm

     

    These times align with key networking breaks to maximise delegate engagement.

  • There is no direct vehicle access to the Expo area.

    Exhibitors will need to:

    • Park in the designated car park

    • Use the available trolleys/carts to transport materials to the site

    • Please allow extra time for unloading and setup.

  • Yes. An indoor storage area will be available for exhibitors attending across both days.

  • Exhibitors are welcome to include promotional material in delegate packs. We are anticipating approximately 200 - 250 delegates.
